TICKETED EVENT FAQs

Please bring your e-ticket with you for the event time, this will be scanned to allow entry. The ticket admits one person.

Seats are not allocated so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. 
Please plan your journey accordingly in advance, start times are fixed.

Unfortunately, there is not wheelchair access at the venue, we apologise for the inconvenience.
There will be no cloakroom facilities available at the venue. Large bags will not be permitted.

The event will be photographed by an official photographer. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organiser. By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming.

Belongings are the responsibility of the visitor, Mayfair London and Grosvenor do not take responsibility for any lost items. However, we will do our best to return any lost property. 

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
ID will be required for any purchase of alcohol.

If you are no longer able to attend the event, or if you have any queries, please contact us at  mayfair.marketing@grosvenor.com.

We will be unable to refund tickets that are cancelled any less that 48hrs prior to the event.
